Silence and therapeutic Facilitator | Writer | Yogi | Mythic thinker | meditation teacher
Introduction
The path this being weaves is a pirouette between the imaginal and the virtual —between symbolic insight and structured form and being. At the heart of this work is the ability to translate subtle and invisible experience into intelligible concepts, and complex ideas into, embodied realities. Whether through writing, therapeutic facilitation, or image, the work is drawn to the task of giving form to the unnameable and unspoken. This is both self-inquiry and a quiet offering.
Self-realisation is the path of freedom. How much can we strip ourselves of conditioning, all that we have been told, and follow a path unfollowed before. What is the self but the freedom to animate, the body unboundedly? without pre-conceived notions or ideas; allowing the integration of our uniqueness, into this temporary form, for it to become and become, as it always was. Self is not static, but a rhythm, a re-memory, a ritual of present interrogation.

Education & formal inquiry
LLB Law (Hons) Bristol University
With a focus on the symbolic and evolutionary roots of human law. Dissertation themes included:
• The architecture of myth and the psyche
• Legal anthropology and the origins of rule and morality
• Psychedelic states and their anthropological influence on evoluttionary cognition
• The convergence of spirituality, symbolism, and civilisational structures
Rather than a conventional pursuit of law, this was a study of law’s psyche—a deep rooted mechanism, birthed from the need to order chaos, yet a system that is now the root of much dysfunction. The interest lay in how story, symbol, and spirit shape the foundations of human order.
